BookWoman 2nd Thursday Poetry Reading and Open Mic

Since 2011, I have hosted BookWoman’s monthly 2nd Thursday Poetry Reading and Open Mic. Come out to one of Austin’s true gems — one of the few remaining feminist bookstores in North America — and enjoy strong readers in a great atmosphere for poetry.

Don’t forget to bring your poems! We follow the featured reading each month with a “round robin” open mic.
