Photography

I have studied contemplative photography (Miksang) since 2011.

The term “Miksang” is Tibetan for “good eye.” It refers looking at the world in a fresh way: dropping the stories that we bring to a place or situation, and using the camera to replicate the “flash of insight” we experience in connecting visually.

Here’s a small sample of my work. To order prints (paper / canvas / glass / metal) or to see a more comprehensive catalog, please contact me at chuyser@jumpingout.com.
